Lorelei A. Pitt, CPA
Lorelei A. Pitt, CPA graduated from Mount Saint Mary College, Summa Cum Laude in May, 1995 obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Science. She has passed the Uniformed Certified Public Accounting Examination.
Lorelei is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. She has been with the firm for over thirty five years in the taxation, auditing, small business and budgeting areas.
Prior to joining the firm, Lorelei served as Captain in the United States Air Force in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. The last position Lorelei held was Chief of Standards and Evaluation at the Regional Operational Control Center in Tacoma, Washington.
Lorelei also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Saint Mary College graduating Cum Laude in 1978.
Lorelei resides in Central Valley, New York with her husband and children. She is a member of the St. Paul Hand Bell Choir, former St. Paul Christian Education School Board President, Sunday School teacher, Soccer Coach and Girl Scout Leader.
Leonard R. Mires, CPA
Leonard R. Mires, CPA graduated from Nichols College with honors. He has been practicing in the accounting profession for forty years. Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Leonard was with Robbins, Greene, Horowitz and Company, a national accounting firm and has held the position of Controller of a large engineering firm.
In his current position, Leonard specializes in auditing, review and compilation work for mid-sized companies and preparation of business, personal and nonprofit tax returns. Leonard is our firm's QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Leonard is the former treasurer of the Pine Bush Little League and Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League and former President of the Colts Soccer Club.
Deana J. Dovico
Deana J. Dovico graduated from Pace University in 1994 with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Deana was an audit manager for the accounting firm of Marden Harrison & Kreuter, CPA's P.C. for 10 years.
Deana specialized in audit, review and compilations engagements of construction contractors, HUD, real estate investors, governmental agencies and various other business companies.
Deana also specializes in preparation of personal tax returns. She is currently the Treasurer of the Monroe Woodbury United Soccer Club and the Monroe Woodbury Music Boosters.
Deana resides in Monroe, New York with her husband and two children.
Maria Lagasse
Maria Lagasse graduated from Mount Saint Mary College in 2010 with a Masters in Business Administration with an accounting concentration.
Maria specializes in personal tax return preparation and auditing engagements. Maria also works for her family fencing business, located in Chester, New York. She is also member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors as a licensed real estate salesperson.
